Ice Cream Sundae Brownies

Hey everyone! I have another post for ya! When I saw these on Pinterest I thought they must be too good to be true. But, I gave it a go anyway and sure enough: AMAZING! Here is the original link:

Here are ALL of the ingredients! Preheat the oven to 350.


The original recipe calls for some chocolate chips but I had some brownie mix that had chocolate chips in them so I didn’t add any extra. Also, I LOVE dark chocolate, but you do not have to use that if it is too sweet for you!

So first you dump your brownie mix, canola oil, and eggs in a bowl and mix well.


It’s gonna be pretty thick. And delicious. Mostly delicious.

Then add your chilled hot fudge topping and ice cream!


As you can see, much creamier. And even more delicious! Mix it up real good! and pour it into a 9×13 pan. The original recipe says to grease it up good…


I thought that would suffice (but it was still tough to get them out!) Then pour in your mix.


These turn out to be pretty thin brownies. The original says to bake for 40-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean. I don’t know if it was the altitude or what, but mine were pretty well done at 34ish minutes. I will probably aim for 30 minutes next time.


I brought these bad boys to class. They are so creamy and did I mention delicious?! They were gone in minutes. Fact. Pretty sure I will be making them for a potluck next week again. So so easy!
